Commissioned under an English-Scottish Royal Warrant by Queen Victoria and/or King Kalakaua, it is a previously unknown bold-banner document that puts its full support behind Lili'uokalani as Queen. It is not vague. And, it appears to be rewriting history. Prior to this discovery history believed Victoria had turned Her back on Lili'uokalani. Logic dictates, and the research suggests, that because it is tied to Buckingham Palace and because it bears the name of King Henry, it was hidden-away by the Overthrowers even before Blount arrived.
