Description
You are bidding on a one of a kind original oil on masonite by Grif Teller. This painting was used on the 1950 Pennsylvania Railroad Calendars, but that was a winter scene. This is done in a summer scene and the title of the painting is "Crossroads Of Commerce". The painting has a wood slat lining the left hand side of the frame where the painting was continued, apparently to make it fit the frame. This piece measures 25" x 18" inside the frame and is marked Grif Teller 1948 Pennsylvania Railroad. I inherited this piece from a family member and really have no idea about the value. The price I have put on this is based upon an appraisal I had done by an art expert. I really hate to part with this painting, but I feel that it should be in the hands of someone that appreciates it more for it's historical value. This piece will be shipped overnight express and insured. Please Email if you have any questions. IMMEDIATE PAYMENT EXPECTED FOR THIS PIECE THROUGH PAYPAL. I f you would like to discuss other payment options, then please contact me before the end of this auction.  BID with confidence--look at my feedback. Not one negative or neutral. I take pride in customer service. Thanks for looking and GOOD LUCK.         *****I have been told (from a real good source),that this is not a summer scene, but a preliminary sketch of the original Winter scene.*****      *****Thanks to the source, you know who you are and I really appreciate the information*****
